nice ride,

But all mods to it make sure they are easierly reverted back to stardard as there aren't to many and they are worth more money come resale time if they are standard.

got it for $7,200 Smile

though it is quite rough around the edges so to say. The interior yes, is quite nice, but has a lot of little things to fix up, and also the roof lining needs doing, but yea, nothing i can't handle

rear end needs suspensions work, get some nice axel tramp, but yea, i'll prob but new bushes right through it eventually, firm it all up

Yea, i was already planning to do this, though unfortunatly I don't have the original wheels, but the rest of it i will keep anything i change, such as i might put a new steering wheel on it, but i'll def keep the hsv one in storage, stuff like that.

possibly needs atleast one engine mount aswell, as under hard accelaration the exhaust hits on the passenger floor somewhere, so i need to check them, and hopefully that fixes the problem

interested in having a look at these, if we can organise some time for me to drop round and check em out, then go from there.

I'm not wanting to fit the rims, but would like to have the originals sitting in the shed so i've got the option to go original if i want to sell it that way.

yey, engine mounts done, fixed to problem.

though when up on the hoist, i discovered some nice oil leaks...

power steer leaking, put the two pipes on the rack where loose, so i tightened them, hopefully that fixes it.

there is a fair bit of wet, seems to be coming from rear main, but i need to give it a full under car wash so i can actually work out where the oil is coming from.

also, i will be putting nylothane bushes in the rear end, at least on the sub frame to start with to hopefully stop the axel tramp.

ah the joys of fixing everything up i had just sorted on my last car Smile

got the cruise control working last night.

it'll be sweet to have it back for my 30min freeway drives to and from work now.
power mirrors seem to work, seems like the switch is bung, i tried a spare vs switch, and they worked.

I also pulled the drivers side door trim off, cause one of the window runner rubbers had almost dissapeared down into the door, i got it fiddled back up into place, stopped the wind noise and window rattle, yey, and I also found left overs from 2 different sets of splits in the door Smile I now have a spare set of kenwood tweaters of some kind, and some spare random off cuts of wiring
Smile
and also, there is already 12 guage wiring run into the doors, so that will help make it easier for putting in my kickers into the door, yey for no more silly hair thin factory wiring.
I might get around to putting the door trim back on at some stage Rolling Eyes

I have also ordered nylothane rear subframe bushes, and the diff mount bush from pedders, should be arriving soon to dads workshop, and i've bought a flexi pipe from ebay, genuine hsv v8 one from melbourne, to replace the stupid pod filter.

a couple images, also of where the head unit will go Smile
I will be cleaning the door trims througherly aswell, hence why the pod is off and its in bits
