I bought these on eBay one night after I had a few drinks and deciding that what my VH really needed was a VS interior Rolling Eyes

Anyway, the interior in the old girl is damn near perfect so I'm not gonna spend money on seat rails and other crap to put these in.

I'll sell them for $80, paid $100.

Pics 2 and 3 are the only damage I can find on either seat, 10 minutes with needle and thread and it should be sweet.

If you're thinking of putting these in a first gen, it's very simple from VB to VK, not sure on VL but if you head to calaisturbo.net you can find all the info you could ever want on VL's. Rear seats are a little trickier, but still doable, and much easier than statesman seats (statesman seats are wider and need a bit of trimming and sewing to get them right before you can fit them, whereas with the standard seats it's a matter of swapping the 2nd gen wire frame underneath with the first gen wire frame. Not sure on the back section, but the base looks relatively simple.

All you need to do is swap the green seat rail for an extra red seat rail ($20 at the commodore shop from memory). The original holes in a first gen line up perfectly with the second gen seat rails, so it's a no fuss, straight swap afair using all factory parts, so no defects/engineer's certificates.
I think for a VL you need to use the VL seat rails because they have a lump in the floor from having a larger gearbox or some unleaded fuel related exhaust gear that VB-VK didn't have, but don't quote me on it.
