ok heres the new updates on the sprinter...
couple of photo shoot pics..

i got bored 1day and thought id c how flarin the guard would look like...i liked it but need better tools 2 do it properly lucky it was a throw away guard lol

im also in the long process of makin a grill wit drivin lights in it and a custom toyota devil emblem.. there only templates atm till i get the car 2 do more measuring n stuff

also fixed up the intake.. was a front wheel drive manifold and we made it rear but the way we done b4 wasnt the best and still sucked a little bit of air after the butterfly so it was idling higher n not running right so we put arildyte over it and it fixed it, but we wanted it welded so we did just that and gave it a bit of a polish, and now runs well..
the adapter plate we first had.

the half legal pod filter AKA podzilla

also in the process of makin a switch bored for fuel pump, fan, coil, uhf and push button start, added a uhf 2 the sprinter, the aerial kinda looks good where it is, thats all in and workin, now just gotta get the car 2 wire up the other switches..

and last but not least we done a head gasket the other day, was just about rooted, the valvles have so much crudd on the, the valve guides in the piston was full of crudd, all fixed now goes better...

before

after

before

after

there we go i think we all up 2 date now lol sorry 4 the long post

added a tacho (1 in dash dont work) and put shift light in vent

all missile switchs r now workin, (uhf, fans, coil, fuel pump, start)
all the radio and uhf have been fixed and reinstalled

and now all the dash is bak 2gether, car had a full clean and detail on the weekend looks realy nice just needs tyres 4 his rims, also added a 12" kenwood sub and us audio mono in the boot all in there nice and tidy
